I have been associated with the Centre for Action on Disabled Rights and Empowerment (CADRE) for more than two decades. Their focus on empowering persons with disabilities and marginalized groups is commendable. In fact, M.V. Foundation has learned a lot by inviting CADRE to orient our staff on this very important issue.

Centre for Action on Disabled Rights and Empowerment – CADRE is a DPO working in 5 States of India to uphold the Rights of persons with disability. EnAble India have been associating with this organisation to implement our GarvSe program (Swashakti Mission 100K) to ‘build Ecosystem to create sustainable livelihood for PwDs in rural areas since 2022.
