Centre for Action on Disabled Rights & Empowerment (CADRE), is a disabled people’s organization, formed by a group of persons with disabilities in the day of 27th July, 2000 and registered under Societies Registration Act, 1830 F.
The primary aim is to empower the Persons with disabilities and most disadvantaged groups living in the urban, rural and tribal areas of Andhra Pradesh. The initiatives of the organization has drawn from the State level campaigns to grass route level initiatives on Skill development, Children With Disabilities, Women, HIV, Education, etc. In the process of interventions CADRE has successfully been able to outreach larger group of communities across the State of Andhra Pradesh and Telangana
