Entrepreneurship Development Program for Persons with Disabilties

The Entrepreneurship Skill Development Programme, supported by MPCON & CITCON, focuses on empowering Persons with Disabilities (PwDs) through comprehensive entrepreneurial training. Implemented across various regions, the programme offers specialized modules in business planning, financial management, marketing strategies, and legal compliance tailored to the needs of PwDs.Since its inception, the programme has benefitted 5250 PwDs by equipping them with essential entrepreneurial skills and knowledge. Beyond training, MPCON & CITCON provide ongoing support including access to finance, market linkages, and mentorship to facilitate the establishment and sustainability of their businesses.
This initiative has significantly enhanced economic opportunities for PwDs, fostering their independence and contributing to inclusive economic growth. Through strategic partnerships and targeted interventions, the programme continues to empower PwDs to thrive as entrepreneurs and contribute meaningfully to their communities.

The program aims to nurture entrepreneurial talent by providing training, mentorship, and support in business planning and management.
It is implemented in collaboration with organizations like NI-MSME (National Institute for Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises) to offer comprehensive training modules across various sectors
Participants receive training in areas such as business planning, financial management, marketing strategies, and legal aspects of entrepreneurship.
The programme has successfully trained and supported numerous aspiring entrepreneurs, fostering innovation, job creation, and economic growth in their communities.
Beyond training, the programme provides ongoing support including access to finance, market linkages, and networking opportunities to help participants establish and sustain their businesses.
It has significantly contributed to the development of small and medium enterprises, empowering individuals to become self-reliant and contribute positively to the economy.
