SMART (Skills for Market Training)

CADRE-SMART centrelocated at ECIL, Hyderabad started in the year 2014, and aim to provide employability skills training to youth from economically weaker sections of the urban community.The skill training is offered to the beneficiaries through a well-structured training program to ensure that after the completion of the training 2500+ trainees are placed in suitable and dignified jobs. The SMART program places great emphasis on foundational skills for a job such as Spoken English, Basic IT and Workplace Readiness.

SMART aims to equip underprivileged youth with market-relevant skills to enhance their employability and secure sustainable livelihoods.
The program offers training in foundational skills, ITes, BPO, customer relations, and other market-oriented courses to address the diverse needs of unemployed youth.
SMART has successfully trained thousands of individuals, facilitating their placement in various corporate and multinational companies.
Implemented in collaboration with Tech Mahindra Foundation, SMART exemplifies CADRE's commitment to empowering youth through skill development and economic empowerment.
